# Accounts

**Bolt** uses [Trefle](https://trefle.eu) to let its users sign up & login, in both cases, you simply need to fill up the most basic details (such as email and a 6 digits code received by email), and the rest will be automatically handled, your username is automatically assigned in case you do not have one yet (e.g. if you're using Discord to sign up it'll use your Discord username).
